No class to follow, the only limit is the time you booked.
You arrive, you change, and the space is yours — an hour, or two if you booked it. You'll choose your sauna as you book; from there the rhythm is yours to find.
Most people settle in within minutes: heat until the body asks to move, then cold, then a pause before it begins again. Two protocols live in the space, one to recover and one to relax — a map if you want direction, easy to ignore if you'd rather go by feel. The space is shared, and that's deliberate. This is one of the oldest ways humans have cared for the body — and it was always done together. Towels, water and something warm to drink are here. Everything else, you decide as you go.
-
Vascular training. Heat dilates your blood vessels, cold constricts them — cycling between the two exercises the vessel walls and drives circulation the way little else can.
Inflammation, lowered. Cold exposure constricts blood flow and helps clear the inflammatory byproducts that accumulate after hard training or physical stress.
Nervous-system regulation. Deliberate cold activates a sympathetic "fight-or-flight" spike, then a parasympathetic rebound — training the body to move in and out of stress more efficiently.
Deeper sleep. The post-heat drop in core body temperature mirrors the body's natural cue for sleep onset, which is why regular exposure is linked to better rest.
The contrast area is one open room: Dry Finnish sauna or Infrared sauna, three private ice baths, and commons to sit between rounds.
Heat, then cold, then heat again — the sequence is yours to set. The time is yours. What it leaves behind is the point.
Recovery Room
The Recovery Room is the quiet half: compression, targeted light, nervous-system work, behind a closed door.
Nothing alternates here — you stay still and the room works around you. Nothing is asked of you. That's the whole design.

Where the contrast area asks you to keep moving, this room asks nothing at all.
It begins with a conversation: tell us what you brought in with you — heavy legs, a stubborn back, a mind that won't settle — and we build the hour around it. We set everything up, settle you in, and step back.
It's private, though you may not have it to yourself — up to three people share the space, each behind a curtain, each in their own quiet. We look in now and then to adjust what needs adjusting and see how you're doing, and a call button stays within reach for anything else.
Tea or water if you'd like it. Then the hour is simply yours.
-
Lymphatic drainage. Sequential pneumatic compression mimics the muscle contractions that normally move lymph — clearing fluid and easing the heaviness that pools in tired, static legs.
Localised recovery. Targeted infrared and light penetrate tissue to raise local circulation and support repair in the specific areas holding strain, rather than the whole body at once.
Vagal activation. Vagus-nerve and sound stimulation raise parasympathetic tone — the "rest and digest" state where tissue repair and true recovery take place.
Passive restoration. No thermal load, no exertion — the body recovers while at rest, which makes the room easy to layer onto training days without adding fatigue.
