House Rules

Welcome to Ladata — a warm space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
These guidelines keep the experience safe, calm, and respectful for everyone.

Age & Access

  • To preserve a serene atmosphere, access to the facilities and treatments is reserved for guests aged 16 and above.

  • Sessions cannot proceed if a guest arrives with children. Ladata cannot assume responsibility for unattended minors.

Responsibility & Safety

  • All therapies, treatments, and services are experienced at your own responsibility and risk.

  • Ladata cannot be held liable for damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings, nor for any injury or harm on-site.

  • Lockers are available; please store valuables safely.

  • For safety, no alcohol or drugs on site. If you are under the influence, please postpone your session.

Animals

  • To maintain comfort and hygiene, pets are not permitted within the facilities.

Privacy & Consideration

  • Respect the privacy and personal space of every guest.

  • Do not photograph or film other guests or team members without permission. Cameras are not allowed in changing areas.

  • Creating content for professional purposes requires prior approval from management at info@bookladata.com.

Silence & Presence

  • This is a space for pause. Keep your voice soft and brief.

  • Set your phone to silent and step to the lockers to take calls.

  • Please avoid personal speakers or music anywhere in the club.

  • No laptops in quiet zones, including lounges and recovery areas.

Respect for Space & Community

  • Nudity is not permitted within the facilities. Swimwear is required at all times.

  • Move slowly and mindfully, giving others room.

  • Dry off before leaving wet areas.

  • Please take a quick shower before any water treatment.

  • Wear slippers or clean footwear in all public areas for hygiene and safety.

  • In any sauna always sit on a towel that covers your body.

Preparation

  • Arrive a little early to ease into the rhythm of the space.

  • Check in at the front desk before starting your session.

  • Bring your swimsuit and slippers (it's mandatory) — we provide towels.

  • Remove lotions, oils, and heavy perfumes before entering saunas or pools.

  • Hydrate well before, during, and after your visit. Bring a water bottle or use our hot drink and hydration station.

Health &  Intake Form

  • Completing our Health Form is mandatory before using any services.

  • Update the form every 6 months. Tell the Ladata team about any health changes during that period.

  • If you have specific conditions, such as cardiovascular issues or cold sensitivity, consult a medical professional before cold plunge or contrast therapy.

Natural Rhythm

  • There’s no rush. Listen to your body and follow your own pace — in heat, cold, and recovery.

  • Ladata is self-guided. Our team offers light guidance; ask anytime if you need support with flow, timing, or equipment.

Awareness & Care

  • Your health and safety come first. Share relevant medical information before your session.

  • If you feel dizzy, unwell, or simply unsure, pause, rest, and let us know.

  • Our team may refuse or stop a service if it poses — or may pose — a risk to your well-being.

  • You may stop any session at any time.

Community

  • Each visit is a shared experience — of silence, breath, and presence.

Thank you for helping us keep Ladata warm, grounded, and safe for all.
