During our Digital Detox Day, we invite you to experience your wellness sessions without the constant stimulation of your phone. Upon arrival, you can leave your phone in a dedicated box at reception or, if you prefer, safely store it in your locker throughout the session.
Recovery Hour: Matcha Edition
Recovery Hour: Matcha Edition is a curated ritual by Ladata designed to bring balance, presence and recovery into the middle of your day.
Between 10AM and 2PM, all Ladata clients are invited to experience a functional matcha crafted for performance and well-being.
Peggy Gou - Playlist Session
“Artist of the Month” is a monthly Ladata activation celebrating the connection between music, atmosphere, and well-being through curated listening sessions.
This edition features Peggy Gou, offering an immersive sound experience from 6PM to 7PM designed to elevate mood and foster connection among members.
SAUNAGUS Guided Ritual
Rooted in thousands of years of Scandinavian bathing culture, Saunagus — from the German Aufguss, meaning "infusion" — is a guided sauna ritual where essential oils meet hot stones, heat is circulated with rhythmic towel movements, and the sauna becomes a fully sensory experience.
At Ladata, certified practitioner Katrine leads each session.
