Part I — Contrast Therapy
① Quick warm shower
A light rinse awakens the skin and prepares the body for heat absorption.
② Infrared sauna (15–20 min)

③ Short cold plunge (1–2 min)

Recovery Tips
Cold progression. Begin with shorter plunges; extend gradually as your body adapts.
